About Us

A Family Business

Miller-Bradford & Risberg has been a family business since its first location opened in 1944. Mike Soley, Sr. began leading the company in 1966 and has expanded its operations to include seven branches throughout Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois. He has passed the reins to the next generation, and his two sons now fill top positions. Mike Soley, Jr. serves as president and CEO, and Dan Soley is executive vice president, sales and marketing.

The rest of the management team is part of a family that extends beyond the Soleys—the Miller-Bradford & Risberg family. Dan Jansen joined the company in 1999 and today is vice president of product support. Bill Arnold, the treasurer, has been with the company since 1983. Several branch managers, service managers and parts managers have celebrated their twenty year anniversaries.

The same values that have made Miller-Bradford & Risberg a wonderful place to work ensure that its customers receive first class treatment. The company has chosen equipment brands that perform all day, every day, and they always deliver excellent parts and service support.
