Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality. Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on heavy construction equipment in a safe and timely manner are key elements in this role. This individual works under direct supervision and works at our branch

Requirements
Success in this position requires a technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required.

 

Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the effective repair of machine components in the field, at high levels of quality.

Requirements
For one to be successful in this position a candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions, strong diagnostic skills, ability to work in the field setting with minimal supervision, and must have a can do personality with a sale aptitude. A technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is also required.

Sussex - Parts Counter Salesperson


Responsibilities
This position will report to the Parts Manager and is responsible for but not limited to:

Requirements
1. Customer parts sales
2. Customer parts ordering processing
3. Telephone parts sales
4. In store sales and parts merchandising
5. Shipping and Receiving

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have equivalent experience in parts sales but we will train the right person. The candidate must have strong selling skills, excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills and good computer and systems knowledge.

Responsibilities
The Shop Foreman will report to the Service Manager and will be responsible for assisting the Service Department in our branch. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manages in shop & field service and repair of machines and equipment, warranty repairs, rental/lease maintenance and repairs, enforces all company policies & procedures, maintains excellent customer relations and attains business objectives/goals with good management and planning.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor with experience in selling at a management level. A strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions. Solid shop floor management knowledge along with leadership skills in a specialized repair environment.

Sales Territory Manager - Negaunee, MI

Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Manager will sell heavy construction equipment from leading manufacturers such as CASE, Kobelco, Bomag, Sandvik and more. This position is responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with current customers and developing new business. This position is based from our Negaunee, MI office however; the ideal candidate will reside in the Eagle River, WI area or in one of the counties the Sales Manager will cover. The counties are: Ashland, Iron (WI), Vilas, Florence, Forest, Marinette, Gogebic, Iron (MI), Dickinson, Delta & Menominee.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience in the construction industry, reside in one of the above counties, be a self-starter, independent, and sales goal oriented. College Degree required.
Competitive compensation commission plan including monthly car allowance.
