Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality. Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on heavy construction equipment in a safe and timely manner are key elements in this role. This individual works under direct supervision and works at our branch

Requirements
Success in this position requires a technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required.

Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the effective repair of machine components in the field, at high levels of quality.

Requirements
For one to be successful in this position a candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions, strong diagnostic skills, ability to work in the field setting with minimal supervision, and must have a can do personality with a sale aptitude. A technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is also required.

Product Support Sales Representative Marathon

Responsibilities
The Product Support Sales Representative will report to the Branch Manager to build and sell the parts and services business for the territory and branch operations. This position is responsible for the coverage, retention, development and customer satisfaction within a sales territory. The Product Support Sales Rep must be able to travel to customer locations in a company vehicle to cover a large geographic sales territory.

Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school, or equivalent experience in sales, service and parts. It is required that this individual have strong selling skills and interpersonal communications skills.

The Territory Sales Manager will sell heavy construction equipment from leading manufacturers such as CASE, Kobelco, Sandvik, Bomag, and more. This position is responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with current customers and developing new business. The individual will be responsible for the following counties surrounding the Sussex, Wisconsin branch: Washington, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties.

Crushing and Screening Specialist

Responsibilities
The Crushing and Screening Specialist is the primary contact for the Sales Territory Managers and PSSRs (Product Support Sales Representatives) for Sandvik Crushing and Screening Products. This individual will support the sales process and ensure the equipment lead times are met. The specialist will develop strong customer relationships and have an excellent understanding of the market, product, and crushing & screening business in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan (MBR locations). This individual will assist the VP of Sales in achieving the business plan for the crushing and screening business lines.

Key Skills

  • Ability to problem solve and build and maintain customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of the crushing and screening business and specific customer needs
  • Motivated; must work independently and be able to travel to multiple states (Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan territories)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Bachelor's Degree preferred with related experience in the crushing and screening industry. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, business systems and have great verbal and written communication skills. This position has excellent benefits and includes a company vehicle.

This top position is responsible for managerial/supervisory of subordinates, forecasting and planning, employee relations and team development and customer service/sales and marketing.

Success in this position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor with experience in selling at a management level. A strong working knowledge of construction equipment operations and mechanical functions. Solid shop floor management knowledge and experience. Good understanding of financial reporting principles. Solid understanding of pricing and discounting effects. Good business acumen. Ability to lead and mentor subordinates and leadership skills in a specialized repair environment. Excellent communication skills, solid customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, work independently, and a can-do attitude. Must be highly organized.

Responsibilities

This position has full profit/loss accountability for the Eau Claire, WI branch. Key performance measures for this senior leadership position include sales of equipment, rentals, service & parts. Performance metrics including efficiency and productivity, customer satisfaction and absorption are key drivers and owned by the Branch Manager. Personal involvement with key accounts, leadership and development of employees and being a steward of company assets and image are critical to this role. The position will provide a work environment that will optimize the profitable growth of the branch, the employees, and the satisfaction of our customers. The right individual will lead the branch development and deployment of a comprehensive sales strategy built on MBR's goals, values, and mission. This position will report to the CEO.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is required. Must have sales skills and knowledge, understanding of equipment technology, the ability to motivate and facilitate teamwork, attention for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Proven managerial ability including leading, coaching, and development of team. Knowledge of financing and accounting is preferred.
