The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality. Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on heavy construction equipment in a safe and timely manner are key elements in this role. This individual works under direct supervision and works at our branch
Success in this position requires a technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required.
Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician will report to the Service Manager. This position is responsible for the effective repair of machine components in the field, at high levels of quality.
For one to be successful in this position a candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions, strong diagnostic skills, ability to work in the field setting with minimal supervision, and must have a can do personality with a sale aptitude. A technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License is also required.

Product Support Sales Representative Marathon
The Product Support Sales Representative will report to the Branch Manager to build and sell the parts and services business for the territory and branch operations. This position is responsible for the coverage, retention, development and customer satisfaction within a sales territory. The Product Support Sales Rep must be able to travel to customer locations in a company vehicle to cover a large geographic sales territory.
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school, or equivalent experience in sales, service and parts. It is required that this individual have strong selling skills and interpersonal communications skills.

Crushing and Screening Specialist
The Crushing and Screening Specialist is the primary contact for the Sales Territory Managers and PSSRs (Product Support Sales Representatives) for Sandvik Crushing and Screening Products. This individual will support the sales process and ensure the equipment lead times are met. The specialist will develop strong customer relationships and have an excellent understanding of the market, product, and crushing & screening business in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan (MBR locations). This individual will assist the VP of Sales in achieving the business plan for the crushing and screening business lines.
- Ability to problem solve and build and maintain customer relationships
- Good knowledge of the crushing and screening business and specific customer needs
- Motivated; must work independently and be able to travel to multiple states (Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan territories)
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Bachelor's Degree preferred with related experience in the crushing and screening industry. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, business systems and have great verbal and written communication skills. This position has excellent benefits and includes a company vehicle.

Branch Administrator De Forest
The Branch Administrator reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager & team with customer service, administrative duties, and coordination of sales functions. This individual must work with both internal and external customers. This position is full time.
Organized, detail oriented, excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Business Applications, and have strong computer skills. Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and positive phone etiquette. Ability to service a variety of customers in a professional and courteous manner.
A high school diploma is required, and customer service experience in a sales/service/parts department for a dealership is preferred.
