Service Technician
Responsibilities
The Service Technician will report to the Service
Manager. This position is responsible for the repair of machinery and components at high
levels of quality. Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on
heavy construction equipment in a safe and timely manner are key elements in this role.
This individual works under direct supervision and works at our branch
Requirements
Success in this position requires a technical school
certificate with equivalent experience in construction equipment is required.
Field Service Technician
Responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will report to the
Service Manager. This position is responsible for the effective repair of machine
components in the field, at high levels of quality.
Requirements
For one to be successful in this position a candidate
must possess a strong working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical
functions, strong diagnostic skills, ability to work in
the field setting with minimal supervision, and must have a can do personality with a
sale aptitude. A technical school certificate with equivalent experience in construction
equipment is required. A valid Wisconsin Driver's
License is also required.

Product Support Sales Representative Marathon
Responsibilities
The Product Support Sales Representative will
report to the Branch Manager to build and sell the parts and services business for the
territory and branch operations. This position is responsible
for the coverage, retention, development and customer satisfaction within a sales
territory. The Product Support Sales Rep must be able to travel to customer locations in
a company vehicle to cover a large geographic sales
territory.
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year
college/technical school, or equivalent experience in sales, service and parts. It is
required that this individual have strong selling skills
and interpersonal communications skills.

Territory Sales Manager will sell heavy construction equipment from leading
manufacturers such as CASE, Kobelco, Sandvik, Bomag, and more. This position is

individual will be responsible for the following counties surrounding the Sussex,
Wisconsin branch: Washington, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and

Parts Counter Salesperson
Responsibilities
This position will
report to the Parts Manager and is responsible for but not limited to:
- Customer parts sales
- Customer parts ordering processing
- Telephone parts sales
- In store sales and parts merchandising
- Shipping and receiving
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have equivalent experience in
parts sales but we will train the right person. The candidate must have strong selling
skills, excellent communication skills, excellent
customer service skills and good computer and parts ordering systems knowledge.
Crushing and Screening Specialist
Responsibilities
The Crushing and
Screening Specialist is the primary contact for the Sales Territory Managers and PSSR's
(Product Support Sales Representatives) for Sandvik Crushing and Screening Products.
This individual will support both the sales process and ensuring the equipment lead
times are met. The specialist will have and develop strong customer relationships and
have excellent understanding of the market, product, crushing & screening business in
Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan (MBR locations). This individual will assist the VP of
Sales in achieving the business plan for the Crushing and Screening business lines.
Requirements
Key Skills:
- Problem solving, relationship building and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Good knowledge of the Crushing and Screening business and customer's needs
- Motivated, must work independently and ability to travel to multiple states (Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan territories)
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
Bachelor's Degree preferred with related experience in crushing and screening industry
